Kitchen & Lounge Space — Private Residence
Client Request
An interior designer reached out with a clear goal: to improve communication with the end client using photorealistic visualizations. The aim was to help the client better imagine the space, make confident design decisions, and approve the project without misunderstandings.
Project Inputs
The designer provided a full package of materials:
– CAD drawings with floor plans
– Furniture specifications with brand references
– Material references and visual preferences
This allowed us to work with precision and consistency at every stage.
Workflow & Execution
1. 3D Modeling
We created the interior model in Autodesk 3ds Max based on the CAD drawings.
2. Space Setup
All furniture was accurately modeled and positioned according to the designer’s brief.
3. Lighting & Composition
We selected optimal camera angles and lighting, and confirmed them with the designer using clay renders.
4. Material Setup
All surfaces and textures were carefully refined to ensure maximum realism.
5. Final Renders
We produced high-quality color visuals ready for presentation to the client.
Final Result
– Created visualizations that fully captured the atmosphere and design intent
– Enabled clear client understanding and alignment
– Reduced back-and-forth and prevented miscommunication during implementation
