Living Hall — Penthouse residence
Client Request
A client approached us with a request to create atmospheric visualizations of a residential space that would harmoniously combine luxury and comfort.
The goal was to convey the mood of the interior even before construction began, helping the client connect emotionally with the design.
Project Inputs and Challenges
The designer provided a SketchUp model with a fully developed design.
However, the model was not technically suitable for high-quality rendering and required optimization:
Geometry corrections
Preparation for rendering environment
Replacing key design elements with higher-quality models
We carried out a full scene optimization, delivering a technically clean and render-ready model for the next stages.
Workflow & Execution
1. Moodboard and References
We created a visual moodboard to define the atmosphere. The designer also supplied detailed furniture specifications and decor references.
2. Composition and Camera Angles
Using the agreed vision, we produced clay renders to validate camera views, compositions, and lighting mood.
3. Final Renders
After approvals, we delivered the first color visualizations, noted for their realistic lighting, shadow depth, and rich material textures, all highlighting the space’s unique character.
4. Iterations and Adjustments
Within the agreed three revision rounds, we implemented minor adjustments to align with the client’s preferences.
Final Result
Through technical precision, spatial expertise, and close collaboration with the designer, we produced visualizations that went beyond presentation — they created an emotional connection with the client.
This project stands as an example of seamless collaboration, where every stage — from the initial model to the final image — contributed to a cohesive visual story that is experienced, not just viewed.
